We've had a breakthrough on the potential production of the Rotapower engine

We finally, after all these years, have a commitment from a major internationally recognized company to produce our rotary engine.  Production facilities are in Romania, which recently joined the European Union (EU).  We have a signed Memorandum of Understanding that states that we will have an agreement in place by the end of September 2007.  

You may be aware that Romania has a large skilled and semi-skilled work force so it is a great place for the manufacturing of our remarkable engines.
 

For all of you who have expressed interest in our rotary engine, you can help us determine the highest demand to recommend for initial production.  Below is a list of engines that we have close to production ready. 

 

Please send me your first choice for a size and horsepower and we will endeavor to get to a model completely production-ready if it is not already and turn it over in time to meet the goal for production line startup next year.
 

Given that one or more of the listed engines meet your requirements, please identify how many you could commit to by size or horsepower rating.  Of course these commitments are non-binding and pricing will influence your final decision, but if you could help us define the size and quantities that you desire, we can more fully determine the end-unit costs at various levels of production.
