      1. Congratulations, and welcome.
Much gratitude for the addition of you and David to the staff to assist with business development
aspect of Freedom Motors and MI. I have been an advocate and shareholder for more than 30 years.
Opening doors where I could. I have much confidence that Rotapower engines and Skycar will change transportation and energy systems for the better.
Looking forward to meeting you one day soon.

        1. Thank you Victoria. I share your thoughts and vision. As a Physicist myself, I have nothing but true appreciation and admiration to Dr. Moller’s work. I look forward to serving you as a shareholder and looking forward to a successful future!

      1. How much time will you be dedicating to working with Mi/fm? You are in “retirement” after all 😉 and let me again how much I personally am thankful skilled men are coming alongside Dr. Moller to get this craft/ motors working. Sure when successful I will have more money then I can use BUT, my main relief is a light more powerful chain saw and my kids spending more time seeing grandma welcome again !

        1. Randy, my sincere apologies that I somehow inadvertently missed your comment. I am too young to not work 🙂 I see a lot of potential for FM and I will put all my efforts into making it a success as you’ll wished it would be. I think Dr. Moller and all of us have a new game plan and it is exciting times. I will do my best to ensure that your kids will see their grandma more….Thank you again for your kind welcome!

    1. Our loss is Freedom Motor’s definite win! Subhash changed things for the better here at SNR. From our business practices to our morale, he left his mark with his enthusiasm and his professionalism. Wishing you all the best in the new direction you’ve taken, my friend. I know you’ll do great!

      1. Thank you Ed for such kind words. I know I can’t take the full credit as managers like you have consistently helped me move SNR forward successfully. I am excited with my association with Freedom Motors and looking forward to a wonderful and exciting future. Thanks again. Keep in touch my friend.

  1. Warm welcome to Dr. Paluru.

For more than a decade I have been hearing about Moller and the concept of flying car. This was the most intriguing idea then, today with the drone technology i wish Paul Moller shifts his attention to incorporating Freedom motor technology into that.
Also start communicating please, Silence is killing and shattering confidence in this company. I do see great future in this company but it seems someone is waiting for something happen Spiritually and see happy ending.

Hope you take this comment positively…

    1. Thank you Vijay! We intend to get busy with our social media presence. Thank you for your interest and patience.

      1. Thank you Dr. Paluru. I am confident that something great will happen soon with you on board. With your prompt reply, It is proved that you are serious about what you are doing.
Which was callously ignored to any comment been posted in the past.

  2. I’ve been a shareholder and believer of this company for years please do something to help all the shareholders that have been suffering

    1. Keith,

Thanks for your enquiry. I am a physicist myself and have followed Dr. Moller’s work for sometime. In my previous work I was involved in Research and Development at a national level. I do see the importance of Dr. Moller’s work and how it can be used to mitigate the global warming. Some use cases in my mind are to use these engines to mitigate and reduce carbon footprint. Also, with the CA state passing SB 350 I do have some strategic plans and use cases for these engines. The success of FM totally depends upon trusted partnerships with industry manufacturers. MI’s success depends on how successful we can make FM. We will ensure that we keep this blog going with timely updates.

      1. Thank you for your response. We cheer you on. Looks like you have forthcoming challenges and wish you success at Miller.

  3. Hi Dave,

When can we expect an update on the Power Source Creations funding?

According to a 1 December 2016 document published om MI’s website:
“PSC has been approved for over one billion dollars in funding from the ‘Funding Positive Change Organization’ for all of its endeavors and subsidiaries….PSC is expecting to receive its first draw of funds shortly”

It has been more than a year and a half now, but the December 2016 document used phrases such as “been approved” and ‘draw funds shortly”.

I think it is only fair that detailed information on this endeavor is forthcoming…

Also, what happened to the postponed MI SH meeting that was planned to take place earlier this year?

    1. Nothing has changed from PSC. We are still being informed the same thing: that funding is on its way. We haven’t abandoned PSC, and PSC has not abandoned us. It doesn’t cost us anything to wait, but also, we are not being held back. We have been moving forward with finding new opportunities for the past several months. If PSC comes through, that would be fantastic, but we are not planning our business around it in any way. In addition, PSC has asked us not to publish any updates from them, hence the silence on the matter. If something changes, of course we will announce it.

Dr Moller did not hold the MI shareholder’s meeting because there was nothing new to share, no activity within MI, and it would have been an unfair waste of time and money for shareholders to attend. He requested that anyone who has questions or concerns to contact him directly.

      1. Hi David,
About the Reg-A funding project: I was told a while back you had raised all the money needed for the offering. I was also told all the paper work was pretty much completed. Soooo, what’s the status of the offering? No news for months and this was a top priority project. Money raised, paper work done – what is remaining to do?
        Thanks, Mark

        1. Hello! I am sorry, but your recollection is not quite true, and I am sorry if we stated anything that was misleading.

Back in 2015, Freedom Motors started the process to raise money through a Regulation A+ (under The JOBS Act) stock offering. They completed the Form 1-A and required paperwork and financial reviews, but it was abandoned for several reasons in mid-2016. It is possible that we could still make such an offering in the future, and so it is still on the table.

Personally, I feel that until we have an established revenue stream and sustainable business model that we can show to potential investors, a Regulation A+ offering is unlikely to be successful. I could be wrong in that assessment, as there have been companies successful in these Reg A+ offerings without having an existing revenue stream (Elio Motors is one example).

We are in the process of launching a fund raising program, but SEC rules very clearly state we cannot discuss it. Hence the long silence on the state of this program. But details will be announced shortly.

  4. David, here is a thread 5 months ago concerning your fundraising with Startengine shortly after you dropped the plans for fundraising with a cryptocurrency:

    Hi Mark,

It looks like we have all the money we will require – we are not going to offer any additional short term loans because we have enough money now to kick off our fund raising plans.

    Hi David,

What remains to be committed? I’d be interested in seeing the loan terms.

    Mark J

    1. Correct, we raised enough money to carry us through the past several months, around $250,000. That has been enough to pay operational costs and complete most the requirements necessary by the SEC for our fund raising action, which we hope to complete all legal requirements for shortly.

  5. Congratulations Dr. Paluru on your retirement and new direction. It was a pleasure working with you at DOE and having you as a mentor. I wish you and your family all the best. Please stay in touch. Dave

    1. Dave,

So nice to hear from you. Thank you for your kind words. I am super excited to be part of something now that I care. I would love to catch up with you when I am in DC. I will send you an email as soon as I am done with this reply. Take care!

  6. Thank you , David for keeping us abreast of progress at FM and MI.
Welcome to new CEO. Very glad to learn that step is made and the reported progress of bringing in possible funding groups is encouraging.
I, too, have brought various possible funding connections over the years to both MI and FM.
Getting R and D shifted to manufacturing levels is not an easy task.
Looking forward to seeing that actually happen now under this new leadership.
The world will definitely be a better place with Rotapower engines being used worldwide, and sour gas eliminated while making useful energy with no toxic emissions using the Rotapower engine.

Thank you for taking on this challenge.
