Recap

Hi everyone,

Sorry, I don’t have much to post today.   It’s not that I don’t have things I want to report out, it’s just that I cannot at the moment.  However, you will see some awesome updates in the next couple weeks, so stay tuned.

Yesterday Paul and I met with a new CPA.  We are retaining them to help with our bookkeeping, financial reports and payroll for FM.   I’ve been working on the books, and I got both MI and FM databases up on QuickBooks online (unconverted from our older desktop version).   We will need to have our financial reports in order in the weeks to come.

I wanted to do a recap for those of you following the FM business so you know the status of our various plans.

  1. ICO – The ICO is no longer something we are pursuing at the moment.  The risk is too great right now in the US, but at the same time, we are not forgetting about it either.  We may come back to this after we pursue more traditional funding routes, especially if develop some new ideas around block-chain technology that would be relevant to our mission.
  2. Tier 2 Reg A+ IPO* – We are currently planning on this IPO* to raise the money we need for bringing up the manufacturing line.  We have done a lot of research and we are prepared to go forward.  We are contracting with several companies now to help us in the process.  If we get funding from outside investors before we launch this program, we may slow down this process, but personally I believe we should provide liquidity to our long-standing investors.  I will keep you updated with our plans, details and timelines as I am able.
  3. Moller Investment Group Revisit – one of the groups interested in working with Moller International is revisiting us next week, so we are preparing for that visit.  There are two more APAC region investment groups that are planning to visit, but we have not scheduled those meetings yet.
  4. FM Investment Group – The group we met with back in January is still interested in working with us on the biogas gensets, but they are looking to secure funding promises first.  We are staying in contact for now.
  5. GMF – I am attending the Global Methane Form in Toronto on April 16-18th.  I still have to buy tickets….hehe.   I have never been to Toronto before, but amazingly I have extended family there from my wife’s side that I hope to visit with.  On the way back I will probably swing by Cleveland to visit my daughter who is a freshman in college.
  6. CalSEED – our application to CalSEED was not accepted.  Sad!  We were rejected as being too far along in our product development for grant funding…
  7. Elemental Excelerator – I have to finish the application for EE, I still have a few more days to get this done.
  8. ARPA-E OPEN 2018 – Our concept paper is still under review, and there is no published timeline on when this will be completed.

OK that’s all for now.  If you have any questions/comments please post below!

Regards, Dave
