As we continue to forge ahead and fight the headwinds of COVID pandemic, we would like to provide you with a brief update on our progress. We have signed an agreement with Ally Power for prototype development and subsequent licensing of our technology. We intend to get the development work underway by early Spring 2021. Our fund raising activities are moving along slowly but strongly. We have concluded major steps of information sharing and due diligence. We are pleased with the outcome of this process so far. Our financial advisors FinNext are rigorously working with us to ensure success. We intend to close this activity within the next 30 days and focus on building our company and commercializing our technology.
