Busy Week at Freedom…

Hi All,

This has been a pretty busy week for us at Freedom Motors – we are meeting with some potential investors/partners this coming week on the biogas gen-set project, so I have been intensely focused on that.  I did update the Freedom Motors website, adding a new “Applications” page for Methane Mitigation.  It is essentially a copy of my first blog post here, but I wanted to make sure we had this on the website as well.  I plan to change the homepage, to call out the fact that we are focused on this project.

We are planning to apply to the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy OPEN 2018 Funding Program.   Deadline is Feb 12th but we believe we can show a pretty amazing cost comparison with our Rotapower biogas gen-sets, compared with existing biogas and sourgas systems.   Both in cost/kW generation capability and in long-term reliability.

ICO work is still ongoing – we are still building the new Business Plan and ICO Whitepaper.  I don’t have any further updates or timelines.

I met a representative from a consulting firm that helps technical entrepreneurs with fundraising at last week’s Sacramento Bitcoin Meetup.  One thing that was interesting is that they are advising their clients to go after ICO funding opportunities because it is much easier to get higher funding amounts than from VCs.   Anyways I got some referrals from their business, and we may engage with them for assisting us in the ICO.

Best Regards – Dave
