Season’s Best Wishes and Update

Greetings Investors, Well-wishers, friends and family,

On behalf of Freedom Motors, Inc family, we wish you all fabulous holidays and year 2020!

It has been a hectic year for Freedom Motors family. We have accomplished a lot this year and we will continue to do so next year. We truly believe year 2020 will be the year of continued success and many accomplishments. A summary of accomplishments in 2019 follows…

  1. Signed MOU’s with many partners and formed incredible partnerships
  2. Received firm orders for 3.4 million engines
  3. Received support from many investors and continue to do so
  4. Building a prototype of our 150cc engine to run on Hydrogen fuel

It is the team effort that culminates in great success and accomplishments and Freedom Motors is no different. I am honored to work with such great team members who strive to bring the best everyday to continue our successful journey. It is also the determination of our investors who place trust in our abilities and support us throughout this endeavor.

It is today that I would like to proudly announce another feather in our cap. In the last quarter our President and CTO Dr. Paul Moller and our Chief Engineer George Stevens have been diligently working on an ambitious project. We recognize that our 150cc engine is the best in class and can dominate the small engines category in the World. We also recognize that in this small engine category, 150cc is smaller than all its competitors and also powerful when run on alcohol.

It is this quality of best power when run on alcohol, gave us an idea to design a 50cc engine which would be ideal for two and three wheelers market around the World and also a perfect candidate for Range-Extension for small and medium electric vehicles.

Based on our core values and our belief in “Kaizen” aka Continuous Improvement, we have successfully developed a design model of our Compound 27cc Rotapower engine. It is a dual rotor 27cc (54cc and 108cc equivalent) engine that outperforms almost every engine in its category in the World. It is smaller than a size of grapefruit and 70% smaller and lighter than its competitors in the World. This model certainly needs a few upgrades and rigorous testing but with an incredible background in rotary engine technology, we believe we will be ready to put this model for commercial ready manufacturing very soon.

I have attached 3 photos for your perusal.

Again, I would like to express our gratitude for your continued support!

Happy Holidays!

Sincerely,
Subhash
